Data Controller
Shoook's information database is managed by Shopping and Deliveries Online Ltd, Company ID 515131274 ("the Company"), which operates the service. Requests to exercise a privacy right are handled at support@salkniyot.co.il.
Data We Collect
The Company collects contact details (name, phone, email), delivery address, order history, and basic usage data on the platform, in order to provide the service.
Purposes
Information is collected to process orders, manage the user account, handle billing and accounting, coordinate delivery, provide customer service, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. Providing information is at the user's discretion, but without some details it is not possible to register, place an order, or receive service.
Third Parties
Information is shared with payment processors (Cardcom, iCredit) for payment processing, with the SMS provider (Inforu) for identity verification, and with participating shops to the extent required to fulfill the order only — and with a competent authority where required by law or court order.
Cookies
The site uses the shoook_locale cookie to remember language choice, an authentication cookie to identify signed-in users, and essential operational cookies. The site does not use advertising tracking cookies.
Marketing Communications
Contact details provided may be used to send advertising materials and offers, subject to consent and to Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982, as detailed in the Terms of Service. The user may withdraw consent at any time via the opt-out link in a message or by contacting support@salkniyot.co.il.
Your Rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981), the user is entitled to review the information held about them, request its correction or deletion, and contact support@salkniyot.co.il regarding this matter.
Security
The Company applies industry-standard operational and technical security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logs. No online activity is completely immune to risk, and the user releases the Company from liability for unauthorized intrusion beyond its reasonable control.
