Where we came from
Our story
shoook was born as a technology venture in the world of fresh produce, developed with a grant of about ₪6 million from the Ministry of Agriculture, out of a belief that smart technology can bring order to the market: narrow middleman gaps, reflect prices honestly, and give both shopper and greengrocer a fair deal.
From the same home came Shuk Otef Israel, born to help farmers during the war — connecting them directly to companies and communities, and giving them a market even when times were hardest. shoook is the next step: a fair price, transparency and a good greengrocer, for every home in Israel.
